RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

產品退換政策:
1. 如發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後7天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們申請換貨(Whatsapp 92988763)。當核實申請符合退換貨品條件,我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。
2. 客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。
3. 我們只接受以下退貨理由:
*商品有損壞/有缺陷
**不是你訂購的商品
4. 以下情況不接受退換,包括但不限於:
a. 產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用
b. 產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
c. 產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
e. 產品與網站照片色差
f. 任何免費贈品
g. 已退換一次的貨品
h. 改變心意而退貨
i. 以購物券/購物分數換領的貨品
換貨方法
1. 收到貨品後7天(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務要求換貨,並出示訂單或收據以作證明,獲得確認後寄回本公司辦公室換貨。
2. 所有退換貨過程中來回運費需由客戶承擔。
3. 運費不設償還。
4. 若未能提供訂單或收據資料以作證明,恕不接受退貨。
5. 我們在收到你的退件後,將於五個工作天內 (不包括星期六日及公眾假期) 為你安排辦理退換貨流程。
6. 所有退換貨將直接以順豐運費到付形式寄回。
7. 任何未經申請及確定/不符合退換貨條件之商品,將不獲得處理,並將直接將順豐運費到付形式寄回,不作另行通知,客人需自行承擔所產生的任何費用及風險。
退款方法
被接納的退款會在14個工作天內安排現金/銀行轉賬退款。

Return/ exchange policy:
1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact us to apply for a replacement (Whatsapp 92988763) within 7 days after receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for return or exchange of goods, we will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the relevant goods. Late applications will not be accepted.
2. Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify that you meet the return and exchange conditions.
3. We only accept the following reasons for return:
Item is damaged/defective
Not the product you ordered
4. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
a. The product is no longer in new condition or has been used
b. The product has been cleaned with water or detergent
c. The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete
e. Color difference between product and website photos
f. Any free gifts
g. Goods that have been returned once
h. Change of mind and return the goods
i. Products redeemed with shopping vouchers/shopping points
Exchange method
1. Contact our customer service to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and present the order or receipt as proof. After confirmation, send it back to our office for exchange.
2. All return shipping costs during the return and exchange process must be borne by the customer.
3. Shipping costs are not reimbursable.
4. Returns will not be accepted if the order or receipt information cannot be provided as proof.
5. After we receive your return, we will arrange the return and exchange process for you within five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
6. All returns and exchanges will be sent directly with SF Express freight collect.
7. Any goods that have not been applied for and confirmed/do not meet the conditions for return or exchange will not be processed and will be sent back directly with SF Express collect without further notice. The customer is responsible for any costs and risks incurred.
Refund method
Accepted refunds will be refunded via cash/bank transfer within 14 working days.
